What data is processed?
Data of clients – natural persons: name, surname, series and number of personal identification document, telephone number, e-mail address, (hereinafter – Data).

Obligations of the data CONTROLLER of SIA “Jūras Rasa”
When SIA “Jūras Rasa” processes your personal data, we are the Data Processor and are responsible for ensuring that personal data is processed lawfully, transparently and securely, as well as in accordance with the Data Protection Law.

Data processing
The data is recorded in service agreements and the booking program. The program can only be accessed by company employees. Access is protected by a secure password. In order to realize the legitimate interests of the company, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Data Subject, the Data may be transferred to third parties for debt collection. If the Data is processed for other purposes, the consent of the natural person – the Data Subject – to the processing of the Data will be requested in advance. The collected personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Purposes of processing
SIA “Jūras Rasa” collects personal data for the purpose of processing camping reservations, maintaining a customer database and for marketing purposes (“Purpose”). The purpose may include posting data on SIA “Jūras Rasa” and other third-party web resources owned by SIA “Jūras Rasa”, and publishing marketing materials. The personal data we collect will only be used by SIA “Jūras Rasa”.

Retention of personal data
In order to achieve the purpose for which SIA “Jūras Rasa” processes your personal data, SIA “Jūras Rasa” will store your personal data for a period of time that complies with the terms of SIA “Jūras Rasa” or the terms of the third-party web resources. You have the right to request a report on what personal information we hold about you by requesting an extract from the register. This can be done free of charge once a year. You also have the right to request that incorrect information be changed, your personal information be deleted or your consent to the processing of personal data be withdrawn at any time and that your personal information be prohibited from being used for direct marketing purposes in the future. You have the right to lodge complaints about the processing of your personal data with a national supervisory authority.

Data Disclosure
Data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities upon request by a competent state official.
