Sea Dew Rules.
The coast of Saulkrasti is part of the Piejuras nature park, which is a specially protected area and nature park in Latvia. The guests of "Jūras Rasa" holiday home agree to the internal rules and undertake to comply with them.
Payment terms:
When reserving a holiday home, 100% of the total amount of the reservation is paid.
Cancellation policy:
If the reservation is canceled up to 2 weeks before the arrival date, 100% of the amount paid is returned.
If the reservation is canceled up to 1 week before the arrival date, 50% of the paid amount is returned.
If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
The fee for a 24-hour stay in the territory of "Jūras Rasa" is applied from the day of arrival at 15.00 until the next day at 11.00 a.m.
While staying in the territory, guests from 22.00 to 08.00 undertakes to respect night time. This means that listening to music and making noise is not allowed. During the rest of the time, it is requested to listen to the music quietly so as not to disturb other guests. For disturbing the peace, showing disrespect and insolent behavior, the person concerned will be prosecuted. The guest will also be responsible for making noise or making noise that disturbs other guests.
It is forbidden to burn candles in "Jūras Rasa" accommodation.
Guests are responsible for looking after their children.
Cars are parked only in the designated parking lot.
Garbage is thrown out only in specially designed waste bins.
Smoking restrictions are set in all cabin rooms and throughout the territory. A fine of 150 Eur is applied for non-compliance with the rules.
When using the fireplace and outdoor gas grill, guests are obliged to follow the instructions and fire safety regulations.
"Jūras Rasa" parking area is under video surveillance.
It is the responsibility of guests to protect the property of "Jūras Rasa". Material losses, if any, are covered by the guilty person.
When staying at Jūras Rasa, guests must respect the culture of mutual relations. An employee of "Jūras Rasa" has the right to enter the premises without the presence of the tenant in order to prevent emergency situations and damages.
"Sea Dew" is forbidden to stay with dogs and other pets.
An employee of "Jūras Rasa" has the right to expel from the territory guests who do not comply with these rules of procedure. Fees for services are not refunded in such cases.
The guests of "Jūras Rasa" must also comply with the binding regulations of the Saulkrasti region "Regulations of public order in the Saulkrasti region" and the law "Latvian Code of Administrative Offenses".
If any damage has occurred due to your fault, you will compensate them in full.
Your data will be stored for no longer than 1 year due to Cabinet of Ministers Regulation 226.
